The club has three teams in the Brunel League. These teams are selected by the playing manager along with the help of the individual team captains selected by the player manager and playing committee.

This competition is the highest club competition in England with the overall winners of the event representing England in Europe. Team selection is available to all Full PE City of Bath members and is selected by the playing manager and playing committee.

This international event is available to all players who have represented the City of Bath PC in the Brunel League in the same year as the event. Team selection is made by using the players current City of Bath PC ranking at the time of selection which is on the Friday following the PE National Championships in May. A team Manager for the event will also be selected by the playing manager. Places for this event in 2018 will be offered to the top 6 men and the 7th placed man will be a travelling reserve, the top 3 ladies will also be offered a place with the 4th lady being the travelling reserve. This team format is the requirement of the competition rules. If a player cannot make the event then their place will be offered to the next player down in the rankings list and so on until a complete team can be made.
